Description

DIPLOMATICO SINGLE VINTAGE 2008 is an old rum distilled in 2008 and aged for 12 years in bourbon and whisky casks. It is aged for 12 months in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it complex aromas of fruit, coffee, chocolate and tobacco. This rum is the result of a meticulous selection and blending of aged rums, offering a unique aromatic profile.

On the nose, it offers aromas of coffee, chocolate, tobacco, vanilla and ripe fruit. On the palate, notes of liquorice, coffee and bitter chocolate are clearly discernible, with a balance between bitter and slightly sweet flavours.
