The Portos Churchill's house is the most recent port house

Indeed its date of creation dates back only to 1981. Johnny Graham named his house after his wife's maiden name, Caroline Churchill. Before embarking on this adventure, Johnny Graham studied at Taylor's and Cockburn. Johnny Graham is therefore not a newcomer to the world of port, especially since he benefited from the wise advice of his two brothers, William Graham and Anthony Graham. The Churchill’s house only sells ports whose grapes come from vines classified "A" by the Port Wines Institute. (Only Grands Crus in a few kinds!). Of the exceptional terroirs that Churchill's owns, only the Ports with the potential of “vintages”, that is to say Ports that will be vintage, whose aging potential is exceptionally long (40 to 50 years), and traditional, unfiltered LBV (Late Bottled Vintage) that are gently handled when serving to keep the deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
