Description
Bourgogne Chardonnay Aged in Acacia barrels by Château de l'Hestrange . Laurent Metge Toppin also holds a British passport. In order to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II in 2012, he created for the first time this cuvée aged in Acacia barrels for 14 months. The result is a formidable white Burgundy wine. A floral wine, which evokes the flowers of acacia, wisteria, lilac and honeysuckle. The palate is round and fruity and the finish expresses the terroir with notes of minerality. A very fine Chardonnay from Burgundy.
