Have you ever heard of Isle of Mull Highlands whiskey?

The Isle of Mull is located between Skye and Islay, this island in the West of Scotland has only one distillery in Tobermory, the Ledaig Distillery. This island had a preponderant role in fishing but it is now towards tourism that economic activity is turning. It is common to confuse Tobermory and Ledaig, these 2 whiskeys come from the same distillery, but one is peaty, it is Ledaig while the other is not at all, it is Tobermory. Although located on an island, Mull whiskeys are classified as Highlands.

Isle of Mull Highlands whiskeys are seaworthy and iodized whiskeys

Its marine, iodized and sometimes peaty style is closer to skye whiskeys, that is to say an Ilian identity. It is said that the survivors of the Templars who fled France would have arrived in Scotland on the Isle of Mull, where the whole story started again.
