Description

Domaine de Baccari, located near Meknes in Morocco, produces Première de Baccari Rouge 2016, a wine made from a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc from their limestone plateau and old vines. This wine is matured in 30 hectolitre tuns, amphorae and 500-litre barrels, giving it remarkable complexity and texture. It has aromas of black fruit, spices and peppermint, with a long, elegant finish that fully expresses its limestone terroir. A Stéphane Derenoncourt wine.
