This Château GRAND BARAIL Montagne Saint Emilion 2020 is a wine resulting from the drastic selection made by Yves Glotin. It only selects wines from small family properties recognized for their good practices in terms of constant search for the best quality as well as the best environmental practice.

Concerning this Château GRAND BARAI, it is the Linard family who oversees the destiny of this beautiful Montagne Saint Emilion. This red wine from Bordeaux is made up of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Aging for 12 to 14 months in oak barrels of 30% of the production completes everything.

This red wine from Bordeaux offers a nose of small red fruits with a dominant redcurrant and we can clearly feel the sweet spice side provided by aging in one-year barrels for 30% of the harvest. On the palate it is a powerful wine, quite tannic with a beautiful acidity which reveals itself. We find gooseberry and woody vanilla, the finish evokes aromatic herbs including thyme.
