Chantarel Sauvignon is a white wine from the Pays d'Oc with a crystalline color with pale yellow-green nuances, overpowering nose that expresses notes of fruit (grapefruit). Citrus and broom notes complete the first olfactory impressions. The attack on the palate of this Sauvignon white wine is lively but full. The balance is nevertheless fatty, which accentuates the impression of sweetness on floral notes at the end of the mouth.
