Description

Côte de Boeuf" is a red wine made from a blend of Syrah and Marselan grapes. The nose is marked by ripe black fruit such as blackcurrant, but also floral notes such as violet, and woody notes that evoke vanilla and toasted bread. The fruity notes are confirmed on the palate. As its name suggests, this wine is best served with red meat dishes. It is also an ideal companion for an aperitif with cold meats.

For a solo drink, enjoy this wine in a 25cl bottle.
