This Chinon Vin Rouge by Pierre & Bertrand COULY is a youthful, fruity wine, with powerful notes of black fruit, blackberry and periwinkle, a deep violet colour and long notes of spicy black fruit on the palate .

Description

Red Chinon wine by Pierre & Bertrand Couly is a youthful and fruity wine, with powerful notes of black fruit, blackberry and bigarreau, with a very deep purple robe, and leaving in the mouth long notes of spicy black fruit. Grape variety: Cabernet Franc Wines from a clay-siliceous soil which allows to obtain very silky tannins, which enhance the fruity side of Red Chinon which can be consumed young and will gain in complexity over time. The particularly silky tannins characteristic of this terroir accommodate very well white meats, poultry and fish (serve a little cooler in the latter case).
