Compagnie des Indes Amber Rum from the Caribbean. This rum is from the Compagnie des Indes brand. By creating the "Compagnie des Indes" range of rums in 2014, Florent Beuchet wanted to offer us authentic rums from various origins: Asia, the Pacific, South America, Central America and of course the Caribbean. Inspired by the work of independent bottlers in Scotland, each rum chosen by Florent Beuchet must provide the characteristics of the regions from which it originates. The Compagnie des Indes bottles Single Cask rums similar to whiskey and also makes its own blends. The search for authenticity of the ries of the India Company gives you the assurance of tasting a rum without additives, coloring, and without the addition of sugar. A bit like Signatory Vintage whiskeys, a label of the India Company clarifies you on the country of origin, the distillery, the date of distillation and bottling as well as the cask number.
