Description

This Rum Dos Maderas (two Spanish woods) was voted the 7th best rum in the world. This rum is the blend of rums from Barbados and Guyana that are carefully selected after five years of aging in the Caribbean climate. This rum is then conveyed to Jerez de la Frontera in Spain to be spent for another 5 years in barrels that contained sherry Dos Cortados and Don Guido whose grape varieties are Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez. This rum with the finish is very aromatic and almost sweet, it is the influence of Pedro Ximenez (PX). The nose is very sweet and aromatic, marked by notes of poached fruits, on the palate, this rum is sweet, and the fruity notes are confirmed, the pear, the banana the currants, the spices take the continuation with cinnamon, vanilla.Superb digestive or small winter afternoon break around 5:00 PM.
