This red Givry 1er Cru from Michel Sarrazin and his sons offers a beautiful brilliant ruby ​​color. The nose is pleasantly marked by floral notes such as violet and hawthorn, but also by notes of red fruits and slightly spicy notes, including liquorice and blond tobacco. The palate is supple and moderately tannic, the fruity and spicy notes are amply confirmed. Pair this very attractive red Burgundy wine with fine charcuterie, small game and grilled meat.
