Description

Bourgogne Blanc BUISSONIER Côtes Chalonnaise Chardonnay from the cellars of Buxy. This Côte Chalonnaise in white has a light gold color, the nose is fruity, marked by citrus fruits like grapefruit or lemon then floral notes appear. On the palate, the attack of this Burgundy Chardonnay is and frank, and the finish of this white Burgundy is reminiscent of cooked fennel. The Buxy cellar vinifies Chardonnay in two stages, the first in stainless steel vats then in oak casks, the aging time in contact with the wood varies according to the vintage.
