Saint Véran Domaine de la Creuze Noire Martin.This wine from Loïc Martin Young winemaker installed in 2009 offers a beautiful golden robe with green reflections.The nose of this Saint Véran speaks to us of fruits (lemon, white peach) and flowers (elderberry, honeysuckle). The mouth of this white burgundy confirms the complexity of the nose by adding the mineral element typical of these Maconese wines. This wine was aged in tanks on fine lees for 6 months, it can be combined with cream poultry but also with river fish or fresh goats.
