Description
The terroir of the Cabassou cuvée from the Tempier estates in red is located in the lower part of Tourtine near the village of Castellet therefore on the top of the massif, at an average altitude of 150 m, Le Mourvèdre of 50 years on average gives it a fruity and powerful tannic wine. Cabassou is a very sunny terroir and gives a full-bodied wine with very tight tannins and an extreme concentration. Have a bottle. Tel on 03 21 36 40 40 for stock availability.
The Tempier family has been managing the estate since 1834, The Tempier estate is located in the heart of the Bandol appellation, the 38 hectares of the Tempier estate are spread over several plots. The most beautiful terroirs of the Tempier estate are: La Migoua au Beausset-Vieux, la Tourtine and Cabassaou at Le Castellet and the bastide at Plan du Castellet. Mourvèdre grape variety.
