Franc 6, Wine from Château de Gazin

Franc 6 is a Bordeaux wine made from a single grape variety, Cabernet Franc, which is rarely used as a single variety in the region. This wine is the creation of Château de Gazin by Alegria and Georges-Antoine Robert, whose aim was to break with the codes of Bordeaux through this red wine. Franc 6 takes its name from its grape variety, in particular Cabernet Franc. It is best served at room temperature (17-18°C) with cheese, beef or charcuterie.
