The dress of this Petit Caboche Rosé is very pale pink, shiny, with bluish-gray reflections. The nose is expressive and elegant, with a floral attack, vine peach, then small red fruits. The mouth of this rosé wine from Domaine du Père Caboche in chateauneuf du pape is smooth and fleshy in attack and develops a nice crunchy predominantly redcurrant. The finish is delicately tart. In the past, the family members, the Boisson, had two trades at the same time: Winegrower and Maréchal-Ferrant. The name of the Domain comes from this second trade, because the nails fixing the irons under the horses' hooves are called, in Provençal language, "caboche". It was then the nickname we gave to the Boisson family.
