This very pretty dry white wine from the Loire is aged for three months on fine lees; This aging gives this wine a beautiful structure and an astonishing aromatic presence.

We loved the notes of redcurrant, lime, fresh herbs and white flowers. The palate is mineral and the balance with freshness and natural acidity is well done.
