Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from Château de la Gardine is a white wine made from a blend of white grape varieties typical of the appellation: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Its expressive nose reveals aromas of white peach, acacia blossom, honey and a touch of vanilla.

On the palate, it seduces with its perfect balance between freshness, roundness and subtle minerality, with notes of pear,almond and a long, persistent finish.

Ideal with seafood, grilled fish or goat's cheese.

Description

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from Château de la Gardine is a white wine produced in one of the most prestigious appellations in the South of France. It is made from a blend of white grape varieties grown on clay-limestone soils .

This wine has an enchanting nose of white peach, acacia blossom, honey and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, it offers notes of Williams pear, fresh almond, subtle minerality and a fresh, elegant finish.

The 2023 vintage, marked by a cool spring and a sunny summer, gives this wine great concentration and balanced acidity. Best served between 10 and 12°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to oysters, sushi or a platter of fresh cheeses.
