This white Chateauneuf du Pape from the Père Caboche Estate is undoubtedly tasty, with notes of fresh pear at the end of the scent. The mouth is smooth and oily, with a nice volume. We find the aromatic range of the nose with more peppery notes. This white Chateauneuf du Pape is to be served very fresh .In the past, family members, the Boisson, had two trades at the same time: Winegrower and Maréchal-Ferrant. The name of the Domain comes from this second trade, because the nails fixing the irons under the horses' hooves are called, in Provençal language, "caboche".
