Domaine Emilien Gilet is located in Burgundy and was founded in 1998 by winegrower Jean Thévenet. This family-run business cultivates 10 hectares of vines, notably in the famous Viré Clessé appellation in the hamlet of Quintaine. Today, the vines are cultivated by winemaker Gauthier Thévenet with the utmost care to express the terroir through the Chardonnay grape variety.

Viré Clessé Quintaine White Wine

Quintaine Viré Clessé is the wine produced by Gauthier Thévenet of the Emilian Gillet estate. This 100% organic chardonnay white wine reveals all the terroir of this beautiful Burgundy appellation, with aromas of white flowers, white fruits and a few citrus notes. On the palate, you'll discover a lovely liveliness, minerality and a long finish. Enjoy this round white wine with fish in sauce, goat's cheese, poultry or simply as an aperitif.
