Description

This dry Jurançon from Domaine Cauhapé le Chant des Vignes is a new style from Jurançon !! Indeed, the use of the Camaralet grape associated with Gros Manseng gives the nose notes of citrus, exotic fruits and amazing scents of white pepper, cinnamon, fennel. On the palate, this aromatic register goes crescendo, opening up to white-fleshed fruits accompanied by a nice, fresh and generous substance. This wine is 60% Gros Manseng and 40% Camaralet. Harvest at the beginning of October with a yield of 48 hectoliters per hectare.
