The Noblesse du Temps 2020 from Domaine Cauhapé is a legendary Jurançon, the fruit of a unique terroir and ancestral expertise. This sweet wine, made from Petit Manseng grapes, is distinguished by its aromatic complexity: notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango), candied citrus fruits and acacia honey, enhanced by a touch of white flowers. On the palate, the balance between enveloping sweetness and lively acidity creates perfect harmony, carried by a minerality typical of Jurançon soils.
