The Cuvée Bolero 2022 from Domaine Cauhapé, created by Henri Ramonteu, is a sweet Jurançon wine of rare elegance. Made from a blend of Petit Manseng (majority) and Gros Manseng, this wine has a captivating nose of candied exotic fruits (pineapple, mango),caramelised citrus fruits, acacia flowers and a touch of acacia honey. On the palate, it seduces with its perfect balance between creamy sweetness, vibrant freshness and subtle minerality, with notes of vine peach,apricot and a long, persistent finish. Refined and generous, it should be served between 8 and 10°C, ideal with foie gras, blue cheeses or a fruit dessert.

Cuvée Bolero 2022 is a sweet Jurançon produced by Domaine Cauhapé, under the directionof Henri Ramonteu. This wine, made from hand-picked grapes and meticulous vinification, displays an intense nose of exotic fruits, honey and noble wood. On the palate, it offers flavours of lychee, vanilla, citrus zest and a subtle minerality, with a long, silky finish.

The 2022 vintage is promising, offering a balanced, generous wine with great longevity. Best served between 8 and 10°C, it is the perfect accompaniment to foie gras, blue cheeses or fruity desserts. This bottle reflects the unique terroir of Jurançon and the talentof Henri Ramonteu.
