Félix Culpa 2019 Saint-Chinian : A Powerful and Elegant Languedoc Red Wine

Félix Culpa 2019, produced by Domaine de Fonsalade (in conversion to organic farming), is an iconic Saint-Chinian. Its deep nose of black fruit, thyme and pepper heralds a rich tasting experience. On the palate, mellow tannins and aromas of blackberry, liquorice and garrigue blend with a distinctive minerality.

80% Syrah and 20% Grenache

This carefully matured Languedoc red wine expresses all the complexity of its terroir. Its elegant structure and lingering finish make it a wine for laying down (up to 10 years), ideal with meaty dishes or strong cheeses.
