Château Puech-Haut 's Tête de Bélier 2022 is an AOP Languedoc made from a blend of predominantly Syrah (60%), complemented by Grenache (40%), grown on clay-limestone plots. This terroir gives the wine a marked minerality and a solid tannic structure. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of blackcurrant, violet and sweet spices, followed by notes of liquorice and rosemary. On the palate, the attack is frank, with dense but polished tannins, a concentrated body and a finish with hints of cocoa and gunflint.

Domaine Puech-Haut, located near Montpellier, practises integrated viticulture and precise vinification to preserve the expression of the fruit.
