Raspberry brandy by Kuhri finishes a good meal. It should be served very fresh, almost iced, to better release the delicacy of the raspberry scent. The production of Kuhri Brandies requires two methods of distillation for the same fruit. A first in two heaters, which gives off round and long aromas to the palate. A second, stiff on column, which gives in one heat sharper and lighter fruit scents. After aging, the Eaux-de-Vie, from both methods, are blended to express, in the same cuvée, the flower and the fruit, the power and the persistence.
