Combined with juniper berries and a selection of aromatic botanicals, it results in an elegant, fresh and particularly refined gin, ideal for both sipping neat and in cocktails.

A refined French gin with floral and fruity notes from the Persyn Distillery in Houlle
Houlle Gin BOTANIQUE with Chamomile boasts a clear, crystalline colour. The nose reveals a lovely freshness dominated by juniper berries, white flowers, camomile, citrus fruits and a delicate note of ripe pineapple characteristic of sweet chamomile.
On the palate, the attack is smooth and perfectly balanced. The floral flavours blend harmoniously with herbal notes, citrus zest and subtle spices. The juniper retains its prominence whilst allowing the plant’s aromatic finesse to shine through. The finish is fresh, long and elegant, characterised by a pleasant floral and fruity sensation.
Served neat, on the rocks or with a premium tonic and a twist of lemon, this French gin reveals its full complexity. It also pairs well with smoked fish, seafood, fresh goat’s cheese or desserts featuring yellow fruits.
