Kornog Saint Ivy 2025 64.8% 70 cl is a French single malt from the Breton distillery Glann Ar Mor, renowned for its heavily peated and authentic creations. This cuvée embodies an intense and uncompromising expression of Breton maritime whisky.

On the nose, it reveals powerful aromas of smoke and peat, accompanied by notes of sea salt, seaweed and spices. The influence of the Atlantic is immediately apparent, lending a salty and wild dimension. On the palate, the attack is bold, almost explosive, with a solid structure and great aromatic concentration. The peat takes centre stage, balanced by woody, peppery and slightly fruity notes.
