The Bellevoye 3 x 20 cl Orange, Prune and Noir Gift Set offers an original way to discover the diversity of French whiskies. Presented in three small bottles, it brings together three Bellevoye triple malts, each of which has undergone a specific maturation process. The set contains a total of 60 cl of whisky, divided between three 20 cl bottles. The different expressions allow you to compare flavour profiles that are very distinct from one another.

Bellevoye Orange is an unpeated French triple malt with an ABV of 40 per cent. Its distinctive feature lies in its finishing in casks that previously held rum. This additional maturation imparts a warm and exotic character. The nose evokes , in particular , sweet spices, exotic fruits, caramelised banana and cocoa beans. On the palate, the texture is creamy and honeyed, whilst the finish develops notes of tropical woods and macadamia nuts.

Bellevoye Prune, at 43 per cent ABV, offers a completely different experience. This unpeated triple malt is finished in old plum casks during the final months of its maturation. Fruit takes centre stage here: the nose evokes mirabelle plums, apricots, peaches and pears. The palate is full-bodied and fruity, whilst the finish lingers with notes of almond and stewed fruit.

Finally, Bellevoye Noir, at 43%, is aimed at those who prefer a more intense whisky. This peated release has a nose characterised by ash, toast and mocha. The palate remains smooth, leading to a finish dominated by peat. Its final maturation in new French oak casks for several months contributes to its depth and character.

This set thus allows you to progress from a smooth, exotic whisky to a fruity expression, and then to a smoky, peated profile. It can be enjoyed neat, perhaps with a few drops of water, to gradually bring out the various aromatic nuances.
