La Cigogne Kirsch Brandy, a speciality from the Vosges region
La Cigogne Kirsch Brandy is made from wild black cherries picked at peak ripeness. Distilled using traditional methods, it offers a rich and complex aromatic profile: candied cherry, bitter almond and a touch of hawthorn blossom. Its velvety texture and balanced strength make it an exceptional spirit, to be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
This eau-de-vie is the result of ancestral know-how, passed down from generation to generation. The cherries, fermented and then distilled in copper stills, release subtle, fruity aromas. Ideal for warming up winter evenings or enhancing desserts (such as Black Forest gateau), it is also perfect for marinating fruit or adding flavour to sauces.
