Located in Colmar, this distillery benefits from the supply of 100 hectares of owned orchards with over 50,000 trees. Thus the fruit supply is assured both in terms of quality and diversity. The Maison d'Eau de Vie Kuhri carries the ancestral know-how of the Alsatian master distillers. Kuhri uses old copper stills, distils his spirits twice according to two different methods and selects only the heating core in order to offer only the quintessence of the Spirit of Fruit. The product of these two distillation methods is then assembled.
