Calvados comes from the distillation (single or double) of cider obtained from Normandy apples. Calvados pays d'Auge comes from apples from the Auge region. The Domfrontais Calvados has the particularity of coming from apples of the Domfrontais, but also from pears (for a minimum of 30%) A great representative of the Domfrontais is Calvados Lemorton.
