Le Petit Lion du Marquis de Las Cases 2020 is a refined Saint-Julien, the second wine of Château Léoville-Las Cases, made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (25%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Its expressive nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice, cedar and a touch of violet. On the palate, it seduces with its silky tannins, notes of black fruit and a fresh, mineral finish. Elegant and balanced, it should be served between 16 and 18°C, ideal with red meats or mature cheeses.

Le Petit Lion du Marquis de Las Cases 2020 is an exceptional Saint-Julien, produced on a gravelly terroir typical of the appellation. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (25%) and Cabernet Franc (10%), this wine displays an intense nose of blackcurrant, cedar, liquorice and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it offers flavours of ripe black fruits, chocolate and a subtle minerality, supported by mellow tannins and a fresh, elegant finish.

The 2020 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and remarkable freshness. Best served between 16 and 18°C, after decanting, it is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, game or mature cheeses. A bottle that embodies the expertise of Château Léoville-Las Cases, for lovers of fine wines at an affordable price.
