Château Léoville Barton 2020

Château Léoville Barton is located in the Bordeaux region, in Saint-Julien to be precise. Founded in the 18th century, it has belonged to the Barton family since 1826. The estate covers 51 hectares of vines, mainly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Saint Julien 2020 is produced on a deep gravelly soil, which favours soil drainage, ideal conditions for the production of Grand Cru. The climate is maritime with temperate temperatures, which is ideal for the slow and steady ripening of the grapes.

Tasting this great Bordeaux red wine

Château Léoville Barton Saint Julien 2020 has aromas of red fruit (cherry and raspberry), as well as light notes of cedar and tobacco. On the palate, the structure is elegant, with complex flavours of black fruit, liquorice and vanilla. The tannins are silky with a long finish.
