Château Gloria 2019 is an exceptional Saint-Julien, produced from a blend typical of the appellation, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon (around 65%), complemented by Merlot (25%) and a touch of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. This 2019 vintage, classified as a Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel, benefits from an ideal climate, combining generous sunshine and cool nights, giving it a balanced structure and remarkable aromatic complexity. This wine offers a deep ruby colour and a nose combining aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, liquorice and a touch of blond tobacco.

On the palate, the attack is silky and powerful, with flavours of morello cherry, wild blackberry and a hint of black pepper. The deep, elegant tannins harmonise with a long, spicy finish, ideal for accompanying a beef fillet en croûte, a rack of lamb or mature cheeses (aged Comté, Roquefort). This wine, vinified with artisanal rigour, combines power and finesse, characteristic of the great Saint-Julien wines.

Château Gloria 2019 can be enjoyed now for its vibrant fruit, but it will gain complexity after 5 to 10 years of ageing, developing aromas of truffle and leather.
