La vie en Rose by Lionel Osmin is a rosé wine made from Négrette which is one of the best grape varieties of the South West in the production of rosés Pale pink in color, the nose of this rosé la vie en rose bears notes of fresh red fruit and English candy. The mouth is rather round and fresh with a hint of acidity and fat at the end of the mouth which make this rosé a balanced rosé. This Lionel Osmin rosé can be enjoyed with pizzas, tapas, summer and Asian cuisine ... Mainly oceanic climate with slight Mediterranean effects in summer. The harvest time is very short: you must get a ripe grape but not too much because the Négrette produces a lot of tannins and color (polyphenols). The harvest is therefore mechanical and takes place in early September. The aging is reduced to a minimum and bottling takes place in January (early) to guarantee the purity of the fruit.
