This Cami Salie dry Jurançon from the Lionel Osmin & Cie estate comes from a blend of small manseng (65%) and large manseng (35%). The harvest is manual which gives a certain quality to this dry AOC white wine. The nose is expressive, complex. We find notes of vanilla, white peach, citrus On the palate we find the same aromas with a nice freshness. Nervous and full-bodied white wine. The climate is oceanic, the vines are located at altitude. The harvest is manual and takes place throughout the month of October. Press gently to promote the purity of the juices and retain all the aromas. There is no malo-lactic fermentation. Batonnage during aging on fine lees, bottling takes place after 10 months of aging. Good aging potential for this dry Jurançon, around 8 years old. This Jurançon will go wonderfully with your smoked fish, lobster, fish in sauce, snails, Savoyard fondue, aged goat cheese .....
