Canon-La Gaffelière 2022: a truly great Saint-Émilion waiting to be discovered

Canon-La Gaffelière 2022 is an exceptional Saint-Émilion 1er Grand Cru Classé B, produced from clay-limestone soil that gives it structure and elegance. This wine, dominated by Merlot (60%), complemented by Cabernet Franc (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), expresses aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant, vanilla and a hint of spice. On the palate, it seduces with its roundness, notes of candied fruit and chocolate, and a fresh, lingering finish.

The 2022 vintage is promising, offering a balanced, generous wine with great longevity. Best served between 16 and 18°C, after aeration, it is perfect for gourmet meals or tasting evenings.
