The Sancerre Grande Réserve Organic and Vegan 2025 is produced from the famous clay-limestone terroirs that have earned the appellation its worldwide reputation. These soils lend the Sauvignon Blanc a precise aromatic profile, lovely tension and an elegant minerality. The organic certification reflects the Bourgeois family’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.

The colour is pale yellow with brilliant highlights. The nose reveals notes of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, white flowers, boxwood and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively. The flavours of citrus and exotic fruits are perfectly balanced with a lovely roundness and a refined minerality that lends depth and length. The finish is lingering, elegant and particularly refreshing.

Served at between 11 and 12 °C, this organic Sancerre is the perfect accompaniment to oysters, seafood, grilled fish, scallops, white meats, asparagus or the famous Crottin de Chavignol goat’s cheese. It can be enjoyed now or laid down for 2 to 5 years to develop greater complexity.
