Produced in Lannion, Brittany, Armorik Classic Bio is a single malt that expresses the character of its terroir with distinct personality. The Warenghem Distillery uses French barley grown organically and employs a double distillation process in traditional pot stills. The whisky is matured in bourbon casks of varying ages, a process that promotes a balance between cereal, fruity and woody aromas. It is bottled without chill filtration and with no added colouring, to preserve its natural characteristics.

To the eye, its golden colour promises a generous tasting experience. The nose, intense and complex, opens with slightly spicy cereal notes, followed by hints of exotic fruits such as mango and passion fruit. Vanilla undertones round off this aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and smooth. Peach and apricot bring an alluring fruitiness, quickly joined by vanilla and subtle roasted notes. The round, full-bodied texture adds depth to the overall profile without masking the whisky’s liveliness. The finish is long and warm, lingering on spices and a delicate hint of iodine.

With an ABV of 46%, Armorik Classic Bio is best enjoyed neat, in a suitable glass, after a few moments of aeration.
