Valcombe Octobre Rouge 2022 is an organic red wine from a historic plot of Grenache planted in 1980, located at an altitude of 110 metres. Harvested in October for optimal ripeness, this wine has been aged for 12 months in barrels, giving it a vibrant freshness, powerful structure and rare elegance. Its expressive nose reveals aromas of morello cherry, liquorice, wild thyme and a touch of black pepper. On the palate, it seduces with its mellow tannins, notes of ripe black fruit and cocoa, and a long, mineral finish. Powerful and refined, it should be served between 16 and 18°C and is ideal with grilled meats, game or mature cheeses.

Valcombe Octobre Rouge 2022 is an organic red wine produced from a plot of Grenache vines planted in 1980, cultivated with respect and passion. Harvested late in October, this wine has been aged for 12 months in barrels, giving it a rare aromatic complexity. Its captivating nose releases aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, thyme blossom and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it offers a rich sensory experience: candied black fruits, sweet spices, subtle minerality and a fresh, elegant finish.

The 2022 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, offers a balanced, powerful wine with great longevity. Best served between 16 and 18°C, it pairs beautifully with rack of lamb, wild mushrooms or a platter of mature cheeses.
