Cap’Onord is one of the flagship wines of Les 130, a collective born out of a desire to develop a genuine wine-growing sector in the Hauts-de-France region. Bringing together passionate winegrowers united by a shared vision, Les 130 demonstrate that, thanks to climate change and the quality of the region’s terroirs, it is now possible to produce white wines of great finesse. Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, this wine is vinified with precision to preserve the grape variety’s full aromatic purity and the characteristic freshness of northern France’s vineyards.

The colour is pale yellow with silvery highlights. The nose opens with aromas of pear, white peach, lemon, lime zest and grapefruit, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is lively and elegant. Here, the Chardonnay expresses its full freshness with lovely tension, a silky texture and a lingering finish marked by notes of citrus and damp stone.

Served between 8 and 10 °C, this white wine is the perfect accompaniment to oysters, shellfish, crustaceans, grilled fish, sushi, ceviche, poultry in a creamy sauce or soft cheeses. Enjoy it now to fully appreciate its fruitiness and liveliness.
