The Domaine Dauvissat Père & Fils, an iconic figure in Chablis, offers this Chablis Héritage 2023, an organic dry white wine from an exceptional terroir marked by Kimmeridgian soils rich in marine fossils. This Chardonnay offers a subtle nose combining lime, elderflower and a touch of flint, characteristic of great Chablis wines. On the palate, it displays a complex aromatic palette: crisp green apple, citrus zest, fresh butter and vibrant minerality, with a long, salty finish.

The Dauvissat estate, run with passion for several generations, cultivates its vines organically, respecting the natural balance of the soil and the purity of the fruit. The Chablis Héritage 2023 comes from historic plots, benefiting from optimal exposure and deep roots, guaranteeing perfectly ripe and expressive grapes.
