Château Sentorin 2020 is a wine that epitomises Bordeaux’s winemaking expertise. Crafted from a blend of 53 per cent Merlot and 47 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon, it showcases the balance between the richness of Merlot and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. This quality was recognised with a Bronze Medal at the 2022 Concours Général Agricole de Paris, a prestigious accolade in the world of wine.

Its deep ruby colour with garnet highlights promises an expressive wine. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red and black fruits, blackcurrant, cherry and plum, enriched by notes of pepper, sweet spices, vanilla and subtle oak. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied and generous. The well-integrated tannins lend a velvety texture, whilst the fruity flavours linger on an elegant and persistent finish.

Served at between 16 and 18 °C, this Bordeaux is the perfect accompaniment to a grilled rib steak, duck breast, roast beef, leg of lamb, traditional dishes or a platter of soft cheeses. Thanks to its balance, it can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years to develop further complexity.
