Domaine Matignon is at the heart of the Anjou vineyard

This estate has been run for 3 generations by the Matignon family. Each generation will have made its contribution to the building. The current generation, Hélène and Yves, work in the hyper-precision of winemaking and the knowledge of the terroir they exploit. A complete soil study was carried out during the 2000s. The result is a very fine exploitation by soil type of the 38 hectares of the domain planted with Cabernet Franc for the main one, but also with Chenin and Grolleau.

as an independent winegrower adhering to the charter, the estate is carried out in reasoned agriculture and the soils are plowed and worked.
