The Excellence of Sauvignon by Ladoucette

Ladoucette’s Pouilly-Fumé Baron L 2022 is an iconic dry white wine from the Loire, made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on flinty soils. Its intense nose reveals aromas of boxwood, grapefruit and flint, whilst on the palate it captivates with its vibrant minerality, notes of lime and exotic fruits, and a long, fresh finish. Perfect with fish or goat’s cheese, it is best served between 10 and 12°C.

Pouilly Fumé 2022 White Wine from the Loire. Le Baron de L is truly the epitome of what Domaine de Ladoucette knows how to do. And God knows that Domaine de Ladoucette already produces one of the most beautiful Pouilly Fumé. An ancestral know-how that dates back to the beginning of the 17th Century, a super beautiful terroir located on the south side of the Saint-Andelain hill are all ingredients for making magnificent wines.

This Pouilly Fumé 100% Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful, shiny golden color. the nose is marked by floral notes and minerality which evokes flint, so characteristic of these wines. The palate confirms these mineral impressions and reveals citrus notes. The finish remains carried by freshness and minerality and even evokes iodized notes.
