Discover the famous Marrenon wine house in the Luberon region of south-eastern France. Since 1965, this winery has brought together more than 3200 hectares of vines cultivated by numerous winegrowers in the Luberon region. This wine cooperative has a very wide range of wines produced with many grape varieties and also on many terroirs in the Luberon region. The Marrenon wine cooperative adopts a sustainable and environmentally-friendly approach to vine-growing, limiting the use of chemicals in the interests of soil biodiversity.

The famous Grand Marrenon red wine from the Luberon region

Grand Marrenon is one of the emblematic wines of the Marrenon wine cooperative. This red wine from the Rhône Valley is a blend of 3 of the region's grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Its intense red colour says a lot about this wine. On the nose, aromas of black fruit stand out, with spices and a few woody notes following its ageing in oak barrels. On the palate, the black fruit and spices are still present, along with hints of liquorice. The structure is slightly tannic, with a long finish. Enjoy Grand Marrenon Red with barbecued meats, red meats or mature cheese platters.
