This rosé is as original as it is refreshing thanks to its atypical nectar. On the nose, it is very fruity, with notes of peach, nectarine and exotic fruit. On the palate, we have an explosion of fruit with notes of peach and exotic fruit. A well-balanced treat. The finish has a light touch of white pepper.

The Jean Mourat vineyard

The Mourat name has been linked to the world of wine for ages. This family of wine-growers and salt-makers settled on the Ile de Ré at the end of the 19th century. They also became wine merchants in Les Sables d'Olonne for three generations. In 1974, Jean Mourat decided to create the vineyard that would become Château Marie du Fou. Jérémie joined the adventure in 1998 in order to perpetuate the business. At the same time, he took charge of 2 estates, Clos Saint-André in 2006 and Moulin Blanc in 2011.

Today, it's been more than 10 years since the estates switched to organic farming or conversion to organic farming.
