The Château du Rouët 1840 Rosé 2025 Magnum 1.5 L is a refined Côtes de Provence crafted from Grenache, Cinsault and Tibouren. Grenache brings aromas of red berries and a lovely roundness, Cinsault reveals finesse and freshness, whilst Tibouren offers a delicate floral touch and a pleasant minerality. Its pale salmon colour, bouquet of raspberry, blackcurrant and fresh fruit, and elegant palate make it an ideal rosé for summer meals, barbecues, fish dishes and special occasions.

Description

This Cuvée 1840 from Château du Rouet is a fruity, elegant Côtes de Provence rosé. First of all, it has a lovely pale salmon colour. The nose has lovely notes of red and black berries such as raspberry and blackcurrant. The palate is as elegant as ever, with plenty of fruity notes and a citrus finish. This cuvée is made up of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 10% Tibouren.

Château du Rouet is located at the foot of the Red Rocks in the foothills of the Esterel mountain range. After the Second World War, Château du Rouet was one of the first châteaux in Provence to promote the sale of bottled wines from the estate.
